Phivestarr is an Atlanta-based production duo composed of J and DJKO. The young producers have a love for music that stretches from Rap, Blues to Country and everything in between. Phive Starr helped develop the sounds of country music superstar Colt Ford by fusing Urban beats with a laid back Country feel. In 2009 they produced the remix to the #1 hit “Roll With Me” by Montgomery Gentry and Colt Ford. They also produced five songs for the platinum-selling group Nappy Roots new album Pursuit of Nappiness. The duo now works in A&R for Average Joe Records (Nashville).
